2013 London Town Centre Health Check Analysis Report

<dp-prose> <p>This comprehensive database for town centres is the Technical Annex associated with the GLA publication: &ldquo;2013 Town Centre Health Check report&rsquo;.</p> <p>The indicators for this database are categorised in the following sub-headings: &lsquo;scale and function&rsquo;, &lsquo;capacity&rsquo;, &lsquo;financial performance&rsquo;, &lsquo;accessibility&rsquo;, &lsquo;town centre initiatives&rsquo;, &lsquo;accidents and security&rsquo; and &lsquo;environment&rsquo;.</p> <p>Further details of the health check indicators including data sources can be found in Annex 2 of the associated report.</p> <p>The data is provided for 217 town centres identified in the London Plan (2011), coupled with some neighbourhood and more local centres.</p> <p>The majority of the data are sourced from Experian GOAD but for some centres for which GOAD coverage was poor we used borough data.
