2012 Resident Satisfaction Survey (archived)

The City of Montreal wanted to conduct a study in order to better understand the perception of Montreal citizens with regard to the various municipal services. This approach is part of the City of Montreal's desire to establish a periodic measurement of satisfaction in order to include the citizen's point of view on an ongoing basis in the decision-making process.
