2013 Resident Satisfaction Survey (archived)

As part of a periodic measurement of satisfaction initiated in 2012 and aimed at including the point of view of Montreal residents in the decision-making process, the City of Montreal mandated SOM to conduct the 2013 satisfaction survey.
